|An experienced and effective collections professional, Tylina Powell first began working in payment processing in 1998. As an account representative for OSI in Dublin, Ohio, Ms. Powell successfully sourced and posted customer accounts, recording collection activity when necessary. In cases when active recovery proved necessary, she connected with customers through resourceful inquiry of personal contacts. Demonstrating high-level persuasive skills, Tylina Powell also negotiated with customers to repay funds owed and worked one-on-one to determine repayment schedules.
