An experienced and effective collections professional, Tylina Powell first began working in payment processing in 1998. As an account representative for OSI in Dublin, Ohio, Ms. Powell successfully sourced and posted customer accounts, recording collection activity when necessary. In cases when active recovery proved necessary, she connected with customers through resourceful inquiry of personal contacts. Demonstrating high-level persuasive skills, Tylina Powell also negotiated with customers to repay funds owed and worked one-on-one to determine repayment schedules. A top revenue performer with the company, she earned Employee of the Month on four occasions. 

In 2000, Tylina Powell transitioned to a new role as Collections Manager for Car Now Acceptance corporation in Dublin, Ohio. Applying her considerable payment sourcing and negotiation skills in a leadership role, she ensured maximum efficiency of the company's collections department. She served in this position for three years, at which time she accepted her current position as Alternative Dispute Resolutions Manager at Goldberg, Milstein & Black in Dublin. Since that time, she has applied her collections leadership experience in support of company associates. Serving as a liaison between customers, associates, and other departments within the company, Tylina Powell regularly resolves customer issues and develops metrics to optimize staff effectiveness. A successful manager and problem solver, she continues to manage department work flow and facilitate the sourcing of payments. 

Prior to entering the field of collections, Tylina Powell served as a corrections officer for the State of Ohio Department of Rehabilitation. She holds an Associate degree in Law Enforcement and Psychology from Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio, where she was on the dean's list.
